Our Story
WasteUp! was a for a long time nothing but an idea for Wasteup!s' founder Joakim.
Working daily with establishing Topp Sopp with his wife, there was not much time left for cultivating his idea, but the idea never disapeared.
Eventually Joakim saw he had an opportunity to make idea into reality by co-existing and benefiting from mutual growth between the companies.
The idea to develop sustainable solutions that could both handle the enormous amounts of waste and also create life from waste was finally etched in stone.
WasteUp! was born with the goal to make sustainable solutions that could benefit both consumers and our environment - starting with handling all leftovers from the production of gourmet-mushroom from Topp Sopp.
